|Title||Customer Service Agent (Full Time)|
Will handle interaction with timeshare owners’ phone calls; receive visiting owners in the VOA office, process information requests concerning annual assessments, proxy mailings, owners meetings, collections, foreclosures and title transfers. The Customer Service Agent will also support the VOA Assistant Controller and staff with special projects and services as needed. Prior experience in a customer service/receptionist position. Knowledge of homeowner associations, CC&Rs and general functions of an association would be beneficial. One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related work experience and or/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in a Windows software environment. Advanced typing skills required. Excellent phone and oral communication skills required. Bilingual not required, but would be a plus.
