The Consumer Affairs Director leads a team of seasoned Consumer Affairs and Resolution Services professionals in delivering escalated complaint resolution, analytical reporting and resolution management. Bachelor Degree in Business, Consumer Science, Communication, Public Relations or other related fields. Possesses at least 5+ years of experience of Consumer Affairs leadership for a fortune 500 company. Strong working knowledge of the Vacation Ownership industry experience preferred. Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills; able to speak with confidence and clarity irrespective of level. Strong customer focus and customer-centric orientation. Strong demonstrated proficiency with systems (software application use, leadership regarding system optimization opportunities, guiding data flow input and output from multiple systems).
