We are looking to fill this positon in March 2013. Responsible for picking up bank from the office deposit box. Collects payments in cash or charge form for all golf shop daily transactions. Counts bank in the golf pro office, and deposits in the night audit safe. Responsible for bank and cash drops. Operates the tee times on The Fountains and Oaks Golf Courses. Balances daily work against computer reports. Maintains a clean and orderly work area by doing light cleaning as assigned. Attends all department meetings. Provides flexible availability for operational needs, guest services and work schedules. Adheres to all Welk Resort Group policies and procedures. Performs all job related duties as assigned. Position will require minimal data entry, cash handling and responsibility of opening and closing golf shop.
