Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff. Will greet and accompany restaurant guests to seating area and provide menus. Maintains proper seating and reservation documentation and monitors restaurant for table availability. Keeps designated working area clean and organized, wipes, cleans and stores menus properly and assists in maintaining cleanliness of dining room, including cashiering area, as necessary. Will answer incoming calls and schedule reservations as well as arrange parties. Must be friendly, energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
