Will be responsible for providing 1st level remote and local support that will focus on end user‚s PCs, laptops, printers, software and internet or network usage. Capable of providing exceptional customer service each and every time!
Must have High School diploma or GED and prefer AA or Bachelors. 1 year+ hands-on exp supporting desktops running MS operating systems and software. 1 year+ hands-on printer support. 1 year+ hands-on support for others using e-mail, web browsers and other systems utilizing a network or internet. Knowledge of networking, desktops, laptops, internet solutions, mobile phones and VOIP phones helpful. Electronic and mechanical aptitude for hardware installations and troubleshooting.
