|Title||Owner Services Project Coordinator (Full Time)|
The applicant will primarily be responsible for coordinating, completing and distributing reports and special projects relating to the Owner Services department. This includes proactive outbound call campaigns, reservation and ownership audits, and managing specialty ownership and exchange programs. Will also work closely with other departments to implement, test and troubleshoot internal and external programs.
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Welk ownerships and Timeshare Ware required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and type at least 40 wpm. Excellent time management and prioritization skills and strong attention to detail are necessary for this position.
