Duties include: maintaining food supply at all times (fruits, cheese, salad, dressings, etc.), create cheese and fruit presentation, label and refrigerate excess food, and ensure that area is clean. Training provided but at least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred. Current food handling card required but Chef can train if needed. |
