The operator is responsible for:

-answering and directing incoming phone calls on multiline phone system

-answering general questions about property

-giving directions to property

-answering guest calls to front desk

-dispatching engineering or housekeeping to handle guest issues

-handle emergency situations

Must have excellent oral communication skills, must have a professional and polished appearance, must be able to work under pressure, must be able to handle guest issues with calm and complete responses.

Normal shift will be 11am to 7pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
