Seeking Project Superintendent to oversee Timeshare building construction and renovations. Must have strong construction background and be able to read and understand building plans and specifications. Supervise all field construction and organize day to day operations in coordination with the VP of Development and project staff. Will manage the temporary General Conditions of site construction, bid out projects, prepare daily reports, implement and manage site safety program. Must have a full understanding of each Trade activity involved in the project. Must have field experience.
