This position does the general maintenance and repairs on the property. This includes plumbing, HVAC, electrical, general repairs (drywall, framing, painting, spackle, etc.), and some landscaping. Will also be responsible for the upkeep of the pools on property.

This is a part-time seasonal position (20-25 hours/week). Normal shift will be 7am-3:30pm, 2-3 days per week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Comfortable uniform tops are provided.

Must have an excellent driving record and experience in the areas mentioned above.

Starting salary is $8.50/hour.
