|Title||Purchasing Assistant (Full Time)|
Will support the Purchasing Project Manager/Buyer and Purchasing Coordinator. Administrative support to include processing orders, tracking inventories, monitoring schedules and accepting deliveries. Must maintain good working relationships with vendors, contractors and associates. Assume responsibility for processing invoices, Purchase Orders/Contracts, lien releases, insurance certificates and orders in a timely manner.
Must be able to multi task and have strong organizational and communication skills. Previous Purchasing experience in the Hospitality Industry is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel and in Mathematics.
