The HR Representative will provide assistance in the coordination of employment for the resort as well as help coordinate special events and projects. Ensures compliance with legal, federal, and state requirements and responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Duties include scheduling appointments, completing reference checks, and other pre-employment background checks. Assists with sorting employment applications and resumes. Will help route, track, and input paperwork. Assists with filing, copying, faxing, and running errands as needed. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office applications. At least two years of experience in HR strongly preferred, but must have experience working in an office environment; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
