|Title||Senior Administrative Assistant – VOA (Full Time)|
Will handle the administrative support for the Controller, Assistant Controller & Staff Accountants for seven Vacation Owners Associations. Conducting research, preparing financial packages and Board agendas, scheduling staff meetings, preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and supporting the VOA Controller with special projects and services as needed. Prior experience in a senior administrative assistant position. Knowledge of homeowner associations, CC&Rs and general functions of an association would be beneficial. One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related work experience and or/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in a Windows software environment. Advanced typing skills required. Excellent phone and oral communication skills required. Spanish bilingual would be a plus.
