Seeking an individual to work out of our San Marcos office; will assist the accounting department with the preparation of federal and state tax returns. Will prepare quarterly tax projections and tax provision schedules. Will also be responsible for maintaining complex book-to-tax reconciliations and tax depreciation schedules, and responding to tax inquiries, as well as other projects as assigned. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in an accounting/taxation environment with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. Masters in taxation or CPA candidate preferred. Must be flexible, highly organized with great attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel, FAS and Outlook.
