What are the terms and conditions for villa reservations?

  • Please request reservations as far in advance as possible, particularly during peak seasons, such as summer and major holidays
  • Check-in is 4PM, check-out at 10AM
  • Member must occupy villa, not transferable to friends or family
  • If your Welk Resorts destination choice is not listed, please enter your request in the Comment section below

Reservations are first-come, first-served.  Welk Resorts Platinum Rewards Owners have expanded reservation windows, which may limit availability. There is no guarantee that you will be able to stay at the resort of your choice during the dates that you request. The earlier that you request a reservation, the greater the likelihood that you will receive a confirmed reservation.
